| I love watching Elmo sleeping. The most peaceful picture I have seen. And I wonder if he is chasing rabbit in his dreams.
Do not judge me, but I pretty much confirm that I do not like kids. I cannot stand the wailing or the baby talking... I am not hostile towards kids. Some small children are curious when they see Elmo and I always smile back and encourage them to pat him on the back. If you ask me to play with kids, I could. It is just I cannot stand many inevitable behaviour from kids - find it very annoying. And things can get so much worse they turn teenagers and adults. There are enough human beings on this earth.
I sometimes joked I am anti-human. I just do not understand what give us the right to be so destructive, so inconsiderate of other beings. I love helping people - I am the kind of person who would offer help to strangers on the streets if I see them need help. But I just do not understand how human beings see ourselves above other human beings and things.
Continued to be stalked. This time the stalker called with no caller-id and now I have to screen all my calls without caller-id. The only problem is HSBC calls me without caller-id too, so it turns out I keep drop HSBC calls to voicemail. I mean, if someone delete you from Facebook, refuse to add you back, block you on MSN, not picking up your calls, apparently that person does not want to speak to you? I mean, apparently we live in two different worlds? In my world, I do not even have enough time to call my friends to catch up; and in the stalker's world, there is enough time to keep calling someone who do not want to be your friend, and asking them why they are not returning your calls.
It will be really sad if it gets to a stage I have to change my phone number. Just go away and get a life.

| I think I am being stalked. Kinda freak me out... please just go and do something productive instead of stalking me. I just hope this thing will stop soon, and I can get back to my (almost) carefree life. If you notice that I changed my name, profile pic, email on Facebook, it is just because that I do not want that person to be able to locate me... it is so creepy.
Since GeoCities is shutting down, I was going through my folders to see if I have saved my web pages. So I have dug out things I have written ages ago (hmm... more precisely is 6 years ago), and I found out I could write so much better back then. Probably it is lack of practice now... I mean, I read a Chinese article I wrote and I kept wondering if I indeed wrote it, because I cannot imagine that I could write the same thing right now. My Chinese writing is so crap these days (not proud at all... *sigh*). Gosh, I really hope I can find that writing sense back. It came so naturally back then.

| I read an article today at Yahoo! Sport UK and I think it is pathetic how people portrayed a very nice thing done by Andy Murray to be a negative thing. At first glance, you may think Andy lost. The fact is that he won all 3 matches but North of Scotland ended up losing 5-4. He is just doing his friends a favour and the press is trying to make a fuss of saying it interrupted his preparation for hard court season - which he will only starts on 8 Aug. More than 2 weeks away and he is just having a break right now! Should I guess that the writer is an Englishman? It is so pathetic for many English people that they cannot support Murray, even he represents Great Britain, simply because he is a Scot.
And some people commented on message board that it may be a PR stunt. How shallow minded. Not everyone is doing good things for people to see. I think he did not even think it would be covered by media. If he means it as a PR stunt, wouldn't he put it up as headline on his own website? The only place you can find him mentioning it is on the sidebar showing what he posted on Twitter and buried inside his Latest News section with a blurry pic. It is even more ridiculous for some Rafa's fans to say Murray is copying whatever Rafa do - like having blog and Twitter. It is not a competition - he does it simply to let his fans know what he is doing and share interesting stuff with his fans. So what now, if Rafa has a blog and Twitter then no other player in top 10 could do it? For goodness' sake, they are young people of about the same age, what is so surprising of them doing the same thing? Rafa is a great guy but some of his fans probably are not as open-minded as Rafa - those people should learn from Rafa - who is humble and never has a bad thing to say about other players. And why some Rafa and Roger fans keep criticizing Murray? Just because he is Scot and does not give much a crap about what you think? Or because he won over Rafa and Roger quite consistently over the last 10 months? Or because he is threatening the top spot? Be glad that there are 3 fantastic players competing at the same time, instead of try to slight off the competition.
I mean, do I want Murray to win Wimbledon? Of cos. But Roddick indeed played better that day. Did I want Roddick to stop Federer to win the Wimbledon again? Of cos. But Roddick could not take his chances that day. So what Federer only won by breaking his opponent once in the epic match? He took his chance and that's that really. Tennis probably is one of the fairest sports, so don't freaking complain because you lose at the end of the day.
If people just put aside their prejudice and just listened to how Murray answer all those questions in press conference, you will find that he is just trying to improve his game, play his best tennis, and fight to win Grand Slams and the top spot. His attitude towards the game is one the best in the sport. I actually learnt a lot from the way he handles defeats - don't let it ruin the rest of the year and don't complain that you lose that match, even it is usually such a tiny margin. So people of England, get a life and stop trying to slight Andy off simply because he is a Scot. You do not know what a great tennis player you are having to represent your country.
Murray on losing side Eurosport - Thu, 23 Jul 14:03:00 2009 World number three Andy Murray traded the glamour of the world's biggest tennis stages for the more humble surrounds of a modest local tournament, and ended on the losing side. North of Scotland found themselves short of players for their county week clash against Hertfordshire at Eastbourne on Wednesday and Murray, ranked below only Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal on the world stage, volunteered his services. The 22-year-old Scot interrupted preparations for the US hardcourt season to play three doubles matches on a modest line of grasscourts, where no ballboys or girls meant the players retrieve their own balls, in the south coast town. He and his partner won all three contests but it was not enough for the Scottish side, which also featured Andy's brother Jamie, from going down 5-4 in the all-doubles event. "I know pretty much all these guys from junior days," Andy Murray said. "I don't get to see them too often these days, a lot of them are coaches now and when Jamie said they needed us, I wasn't doing anything so it was an easy decision to come and play." The Scots were delighted to receive such big-name support in their moment of crisis. "I was delighted to get the call. It says a lot about his character that he wanted to join us," coach Ian Conway was quoted as saying. Murray is due to play the Masters series events in Montreal and Cincinnati next month before the August 31 - September 13 US Open in New York, where he lost the final last year to Swiss world number one Federer.

| Sometimes I dislike football for the same reason I like it.
I like that football is teamwork. A team united in what they are striving for - a team win it, a team lose it. Everyone putting in their best efforts to contribute to the team performance. Putting the good of the team ahead of theirs. No finger pointing or blaming game when things do not turn out well.
So it is pain in the rear end when some players care more about themselves than the team. I love the team but I cannot bring myself to like every single one of the players. Sometimes I just want to use a hockey stick to batter some sense into that greasy moron head. No matter how good he is, how talented he is - he is a moron if he thinks individual overrides the team. Blaming external factors like tactics or "Barca is lucky to be in the final coz Chelsea should have won the semi-final" is a load of crap. Why not just admit it that the whole team sucked in the final? Taking credit when the team wins and shedding off responsibility when the team loses, what kind of football player is he?
So really, sometimes I wish he would just go, despite what some people pragmatically said that greasy moron is so important to MU and we may not be able to win things without him. Truth is, no one is irreplaceable - not Roy Keane, not Ronaldo.
Most fans are loyal to the club, not players. And naively it may sound, I appreciate some kind of loyalty from our players. Not some greasy moron saying "I don't know" when asked where he would play next season after the final, when he still a few years of contract with us. Does he forget that he is a "slave" to us? Maybe he is just forgetful - like he forgets he said he would be staying merely a few weeks ago.
I guess all these disrespectful comments from multi-millionaire moron players (plural - depressing, eh?) really turn me off. I prefer tennis these days. It is much simpler - if you don't like one player, then you can just don't like him. There is no "but he is playing for my favourite team" shite. And I do not even have to be "loyal" to one player - I could just support any player who I think is playing great tennis.

Thompson, Jane Lynch see related | Is it the fact that I am not bothered by what happened and the resulting work bothers her? Or simply she is bothered by what happened even she does not have to do a thing to clear that up? Or maybe she is bothered by I have overtaken the bathtub for cleaning and the disinfectant smell? Mystery mystery.
It used to drive me crazy that people sighing and making the sound "jep". If you have not met the master of "sighing" and "jep-ing", it is not just one sigh or one jep, it is quite a few in quick succession. Like when you are doing a yoga pose, say, bridge pose. You need to get your hip up in exhale and get the chest up in inhale. Imagine the sighing is the exhale and jep is the inhale. Hold the pose for about 5 breaths... you'd get the idea.
I can still hear it and it annoys me that tiny second... then I will just let it go. Not getting to me, mate. I was determined not to let her make me feel bad or get me down.
